A universal flour blend for a kneading experience. Net weight: 300 g (+/- 5 g).
All your favourite savoury or sweet, soft and fluffy cakes, breads and pastries can be easily made with this versatile basic ingredient. A basic flour for diet kitchens. *Carbohydrate content reduced by about 30% compared to high starch general gluten-free flours. Preparation for savoury or sweet base dough: mix 3 M eggs (approx. 155 g) with 20 ml fresh lemon juice, 130 ml lukewarm water, 25 g soft coconut fat and 40 g crystalline sweetener (erythritol, xylitol, glycine, etc.) or 5 g salt and add 200 g flour. Mix for at least 3 minutes. Then rest the dough in a cool place for 30 minutes to reach final density. Turn it out on a silicone sheet on a lightly floured surface, then flour the bottom and roll it out into a 30*25 cm sheet if you are making filled cakes, snails, batters, buktas. Divide it into 6 parts if you are forming a bun or roll, or use the whole dough to make a 25 cm long loaf.
Average baking times: cookies, buns, rolls, snails, etc.: 20 minutes bottom-up at 200°C, 15 minutes at 180°C (more or less depending on your oven). Bake bread at 200°C for 50 minutes.
Ingredients. tapioca starch, defatted seed flour blend (golden flaxseed flour, sesame seed flour, coconut flour) , dietary fibre (bamboo fibre flour, plantain seed husk flour), acidity regulator: tartaric acid, bulking agent: sodium bicarbonate. Made in a plant using sesame seeds and nuts.
Keep in a cool, dry place. Contains naturally occurring sugars and fibre.
