For 1 32 cm pizza, 200 g pizza flour mix, 220 g water, 3 g dried yeast, 20 g extra virgin olive oil, (a large pinch of pizza seasoning to taste).
To make the gluten-free, vegan pizza dough, place the ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead for 5-8 minutes using a dough mixer. Roll out into a 32 cm pizza pan on a floured baking sheet. Cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes. Carefully brush with pizza sauce and place the toppings on top. Meanwhile, heat the oven as hot as possible (at least 230 degrees, but you can use the oven's maximum, because then it will be really bubbly and airy) and then bake the pizza to the desired redness by stirring the air. Omit the yeast and bake a yeast-free pizza base with the rest of the ingredients.
