Product descriptions

Flour made from hulled ground almonds can be an alternative to using traditional flours. It is gluten-free and rich in dietary fibre. Mixed with muesli or yoghurt, it can be a delicious part of a balanced breakfast and is also recommended for cakes and breads.

After opening, reseal and store in the fridge for up to a month, within the expiry date.

Shelled ground almond flour is made from ground almond kernels stripped of their skins. The husk is removed by mechanical abrasion and the fibre content of the product is adjusted to around 6-7%. The resulting ground almond flour is a product rich in dietary fibre.

It has apleasant almond flavour and can be consumed in its natural state.

Ground almond flour can also be included in a paleo diet.

Contrary to its name, ground almonds are not oil seeds, so they can be included in the diet of those who are sensitive to them. It can be used as a substitute for almonds or almond meal in baked goods due to its slightly almondy taste. As it is naturally gluten-free, it can also be used as a substitute for cereal flours.

Ground almonds can also be used to make a milk substitute drink, which can replace milk for people with milk sensitivities or those following a paleo or vegan diet.
