Vegetable meatloaf base, a flour mix that makes a delicious vegetable alternative to traditional meatloaf in minutes.
Preparation suggestion:
INGREDIENTS FOR 12 MEATBALLS:
-100 g Bake-Free Basic Meatloaf Mix - Vegetable
-4 g Himalayan salt
-120 g lukewarm water (minimum 40°C)
-coconut oil for frying
PREPARATION:
Mix all ingredients except coconut oil and let stand for 10 minutes. In the meantime, heat the coconut oil for frying on setting 6-7 or medium heat. Shape 12 balls with wet hands and bake for 4-5 minutes. Drain off excess fat with paper towels.
Can also be mixed with grated vegetables. The meatloaf mixture can be used in many ways, not only for vegetable meatloaf.
