Product descriptions
The most commonly used spice in Hungarian cuisine...
The proliferation of semi-prepared and ready-made meals and fast food restaurants does not strengthen its role, but the main remedy and refreshment for Hungarian families who respect tradition is still a coffee spoonful of ground red pepper with a fresh slice of bread or a bun end to combat lethargy and listlessness. The neighbour's wife caught her son-in-law, who was the envy of the whole village, not so much with her daughter as with her paprika pirogues and strudel.
At the epicentre of the world-famous Kalocsa paprika region, the Berta family (father and son), now in its second generation, is recorded in contemporary history with the same accolades (patent, knighthood, "PAPRICIAN MAN",...).
According to the Hungarian Food Allergy and Food Intolerance Database, Bio Berta Spicy Paprika is free of Milk Protein, Milk Sugar (lactose), Eggs, Soy, Gluten, Peanut (arachis), Benzoic Acid and its derivatives, Azosinezones, Sulphur Dioxide and its derivatives.
