Lactose- and gluten-free vegan product. Suitable as a substitute for cream or sour cream, for baking, cooking and sweets.
Excellent as a substitute for cream in dairy-free diets, whether lactose intolerant, paleo, vegetarian, vegan or ketogenic. It can also be used in desserts, Asian dishes, ice creams, replacing animal cream in all areas.
The coconut cream is made from the meat and water of selected coconuts, pureed, so all the positive qualities of coconut are in this little can. The flavour is irresistibly aromatic and delicious, and the product is delivered to you in its all-natural, fresh state.
It is an easily digestible, high energy food. It contains no preservatives or additives, and is preserved using UHT degermination for the highest quality.
It can be eaten on its own, used to flavour cakes, desserts, creams and other dishes, and used in Asian cuisine in place of sour cream and cream. When diluted with water, it can be used to make lactose-free coconut milk, with a recommended mixing ratio of 2 parts coconut cream to 3-4 parts drinking water to taste.
The coconuts used for Delcoco coconut cream are from Indonesia and have a rich, thick flavour, making them easy to whip. It contains no artificial ingredients (colouring, flavourings or preservatives). Taste the difference and enjoy high quality!
Ingredients. Fresh coconut meat (88.9%), water, stabilizers (xanthan gum, guar gum, carrageenan). Contains no artificial ingredients (colouring, flavouring or preservatives).
Storage: in a cool, dry place. Shake before consumption, store refrigerated for 3 days after opening. Do not refrigerate before use.
