Gluten intolerance is on the rise these days and it's hard to find a snack that fits into your diet but is still tasty. We think it's important to make really tasty treats, like this savoury chopstick, available to people on a strict diet! The exterior is flavoured with salt, so if you like a saltier taste, you won't be disappointed!
The main ingredients are rice flour, corn flour and millet flour.
Rice flour contains phosphorus, iron and magnesium. It also contains carbohydrates, vegetable fibre, vitamins B1 and B2, essential amino acids and proteins.
Corn flour is a gluten-free flour. It is high in protein, vitamins B, C, E, magnesium, copper, zinc, iron, potassium and calcium.
Millet flour also contains significant amounts of silica, as well as fluorine, sulphur, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, potassium and zinc.
