Preparation: crack 1 egg into at least a 2.5 dl mug, add 5 tbsp water, 2 tbsp melted coconut fat, mix well, then pour in the contents of the sachet. Cook in the microwave at 700 watts for 2.5 minutes. (Be careful, the mug can be hot.) You can add chocolate chips, fruit, seeds, etc. It can be easily removed from a small bowl and filled. Bake in a muffin tin at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
