Coconut magic mug cake. Net weight: 52g (+/-3g).
You don't want to be tempted during your diet, do you? Always keep a fluffy-soft, 3-minute mug cookie at home for emergencies. *About 65% lower carbs than high starch all-purpose gluten-free flours. Preparation: crack 1 egg into at least a 2.5 dl mug, add 5 tbsp water, 2 tbsp melted coconut fat, mix well, then pour in the contents of the sachet. Cook in the microwave at 700 watts for 2.5 minutes. (Be careful, the mug can be hot.) You can add chocolate chips, fruit, seeds, etc. It can be easily removed from a small bowl and filled. Bake in a muffin tin at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Ingredients. coconut flour (46%), tapioca starch, bamboo fibre flour, sweetener: erythritol (excessive consumption may cause laxative effect), acidity regulator: tartaric acid, bulking agent: sodium bicarbonate.
Made in a factory using sesame seeds and nuts. Keep in a cool, dry place.
