Spirulina algae is a rich source of vitamins, proteins and amino acids. Spirulina is a modern superfood, a natural spiral-shaped blue-green algae. Harvested from breeding ponds, spirulina is a microscopic plant grown on an island in the South China Sea. Spirulina is dried by a natural pulverization process to make spirulina powder. Dosage, recommended use:
One serving = 3x2 g Mix one teaspoonful three times in water or tea, and increase the amount of liquid taken.
