It can be eaten on its own or with chopped vegetables, fruits and meat according to the baby's needs.
Pour the contents of the packet into a small bowl or pour directly into the spoon! More independent babies can even drink from the sachet.
To heat, place the sachet in warm water, but make sure it's not too hot!
