JutaVit Vitamin E 400 IU vitamin E food supplement

Vitamin E belongs to the family of fat-soluble vitamins. Its source is vegetable oils, i.e. sunflower, wheat germ, pumpkin seed, olive, safflower, safflower, corn, other cereal germs, almonds.

It is found in vegetables and fruits in negligible amounts. JutaVit vitamin E 400 capsules contain a high level of 400 international units (IU/IU) (268.4 mg) of vitamin E. Vitamin E may help protect cells against oxidative stress.

RecommendedIntake : 1 capsule daily, to be swallowed whole with water.
