Medicinal preparation not classified as a medicinal product. The anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and mild analgesic properties of the active ingredients of the preparation are supported by evidence from folk medicine and literature.
What are the active ingredients of the product?
The contents of one ml of solution:
Active ingredients: 0.036 g clove oil [Syzygium aromaticum (L.) Merr. and L.M. Perry (syn. Eugenia caryophyllus (Spreg.) Bullock and S.G. Harrison): aetheroleum], 0,180 g tincture of chamomile [Matricaria recutita L. (Chamomilla recutita (L.) Rauschert; flos], 0,180 g tincture of myrrh (Commiphora molmol Engler, resina).
What else is in the preparation?
Potentiating substances: 0.002 g levomenthol (Levomentholum), 0.010 g cassia cinnamon oil [Cinnamomum cassia Blume (C. aromaticum Nees): aetheroleum].
Excipients: vanillin, 96% ethanol, 85% glycerol.
When is the product recommended?
In painful inflammatory conditions of the teeth, periodontium, gums.
To reduce sensitivity associated with gingival atrophy.
Treatment of painful lesions caused by dentures.
Treatment of minor ulcers and aphthae on the oral mucosa.
When should this product not be used?
In case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation, especially to plants of the Asteraceae (Compositae) family (e.g. chamomile, yarrow, black wormwood, etc.) and to Peru balsam.
Can the product be used by children?
The use of this product is not recommended in adolescents and children under 18 years of age.
Can the product be used with any other medicines?
Use only one topical preparation at a time.

What should you do if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to have a baby?
There are no data on the safety of the product in these conditions and it is not recommended as a general precaution.

How should I use this medicine?
-For application, use a small cotton swab moistened with one or two drops of the solution and apply to the desired area of the oral cavity, gums, tooth socket, denture 2-4 times a day. Always brush after normal brushing of the mouth and teeth.
-For mouth rinsing, add 15-20 drops of solution to 2 dl of water. 1 ml of solution is equivalent to 45 drops.
What are the possible side effects?
In case of individual hypersensitivity to the ingredients, allergic skin reactions (e.g. redness, burning sensation, etc.) may occur. More severe hypersensitivity reactions to chamomile have also been described, such as difficulty breathing, anaphylactic shock, watery soft tissue and fainting due to blood supply failure. In case of menthol hypersensitivity, allergic skin reactions (burning sensation, ulcerative lesions) around the lip (mouth) may develop. Clove oil and Mirha tincture may cause transient pain and irritation of the mucous membranes.
