Cinnamon has anti-coagulant and anti-inflammatory properties that protect the body from inflammation and damage, keeping the body more energetic and youthful.

Research abroad has shown that cinnamon kills the bacteria responsible for reflux and stomach ulcers, and its active ingredients relieve arthritis and cartilage damage.
Suggested use:
Used in a wide variety of dishes worldwide. Cinnamon sticks are used whole for baking, rice dishes, mulled wine, punch or fruit syrups, compotes.
Ground cinnamon is used to flavour cakes, cakes, sponge cakes.
According to traditional medicine, cinnamon relieves the symptoms of colds, has a natural deodorising effect, stimulates digestion, can be used to treat bad breath, is good for preventing type 2 diabetes, has antidepressant and antifungal properties.
