Barley is considered the first cereal, with a history dating back to 7000 BC. Our barley is grown organically by European farmers on fertile plains. Barley is harvested when it is young and at the peak of its nutritional value. It is then processed in one of the largest, highly innovative and efficient dehydration plants in Europe. The final processing step involves grinding the tender grass into a fine powder. 5 kg of fresh leaves are needed to produce 1 kg of powder.

The grind is rich in micronutrients essential for our health and also rich in protein. It contains 18 of the 22 amino acids, including 8 essential amino acids that our body cannot produce on its own. Barley grass powder is an excellent source of proteins often lacking in vegetarian diets, which it can contain in high concentrations and in ideal proportions for the body. It can provide a balanced nutrient composition and nutrients essential for cellular functions that can promote growth and development.

Dosage, recommended use:

One serving = 3-5 g 1 serving once or twice daily mixed with liquid, reduced dose for the first week
