Traditional noodle and pasta flour mix. Net weight: 190 g (+/-5).
(+/-5%) (+/-5%) You can make a tasty noodle with a traditional texture to accompany a delicious Hungarian stew. *Compared to high starch general gluten-free flours, this product has a minimum 30% lower carbohydrate content. Preparation suggestion. Add the noodle base and mix until smooth. Bring the water to the boil with a little salt and fat and leave the pasta to rest. Once it has thickened, skim it into flaming water, wait for it to rise to the top, but only strain it after 1-2 minutes. Rinse with ice-cold water. Dough: 3 S eggs, 10 ml water, 125 g flour mixture. After 20 minutes resting, stretch to 1-2 mm thickness on a floured sheet, cut into any shape you like.
Ingredients. tapioca starch, sesame flour, bamboo fibre flour, coconut flour, yellow linseed flour. Made in a factory using sesame seeds and nuts.
Keep in a cool, dry place. Contains naturally occurring sugars and fibre.
