It's ready to eat!
One bag of flour is enough to make one large loaf of bread, 18-20 slices, about 560 grams. It can be stored for days or frozen whole and slice by slice in an airtight container (aluminium foil, foil, etc.).
Preparation instructions:
Ingredients:
1 bag of flour mix
2 g olive oil
330 g lukewarm water (about 40°C)
3 g/1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Preparation: pour the contents of the sachet into a bowl. Mix 330g lukewarm water and 3g apple cider vinegar. Pour the vinegar water and 20g olive oil into the flour mixture. Mix thoroughly. Shape with wet hands and place in a metal baking tin (20*11cm) lined with baking paper. Cut into the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C, fan-assisted, for 50 minutes. Then bake at 180°C in moderate heat, bottom-up function, for a further 20 minutes. Remove to a wire rack and cool completely before slicing.
Ingredients. Almond flour, coconut flour, golden flaxseed flour, fibre mix (plantain hulls, bamboo), salt, baking powder (acidity regulator: tartaric acid, bulking agent: sodium bicarbonate, tapioca starch). Nutritional value for 1 slice of bread: approx. 35g for the finished bread:
