The Safi Reform doughnut flour mix is a dietary fibre-rich, gluten-free flour mix that makes it easy to make dairy-free, yeast-free, soy-free, sugar-free and energy-reduced doughnuts.

Recipe (for 5 large donuts):
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of Safi Reform donut powder (90 g).
- 5 g organic lemon zest
- 1 M egg (1 egg, 5 g of granulated sugar, 1 egg yolk, 1 egg yolk, 1 egg yolk, 1 egg yolk, 1 egg yolk, 1 egg yolk
- 3 egg whites M
- 20 g water
Preparation:
Mix the donut powder well with 5 g lemon zest.
In another bowl, measure out 20 g of water, add 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites and mix well, finally add the lemon zest donut powder and work into a thick, fluid, lump-free cream.
Leave the mixture to rest for 25 minutes, then knead it on a floured surface until slightly soft but kneadable, then stretch it out and finally, using the mouth of a medium-sized glass (or a doughnut cutter), cut 5 doughnuts into doughnuts.
Meanwhile, heat the coconut oil in a large frying pan and when hot, reduce the heat to low and fry for 2.5 minutes per side.
Remove the donuts to paper towels, wait for them to cool to lukewarm, then serve to taste! :)
