2 GAL+ Baby Food® has been developed in the light of the latest research, with naturalness and vitality in mind, to provide all vitamins, minerals and trace elements in the ideal form, quantity and proportion, not different from the way they would be obtained through a constant, nutrient-dense, varied diet. Where beneficial, the vitamins and minerals are derived in part from organically grown (organic) extracts of herbs and spices. In terms of quantities, it has always been important to ensure that the daily intake contains the dose that is considered effective, but in no case exceeds the amount that is considered to be a healthy amount, i.e. the amount that could not be covered by any dietary means. In addition, it is essential that the smooth development of a new life is not hindered by anything that is not appropriate.
(Water-soluble ingredients in 2 small capsules instead of 1 large capsule, which promotes complete digestive rest. Additional Kolin drops are in a separate product for freer dosing.)
We recommend taking it from the very idea of planning a baby, ideally at least 3 months before conception until the end of breastfeeding, and even longer may be worthwhile.
You should not take iron unless you have a confirmed iron deficiency, but even then it is worth rechecking after 1-2 months of taking GAL+ Baby Waiting® as it is possible that your levels may be normalised without iron, especially if you are also taking liver and possibly lactoferrin regularly. Vitamin B3 is not included in our product as it is present in almost everyone's diet and many people would not benefit from an excess.
Daily dose: 1 Lipofil oil capsule (brown) + 2 Hydrophil powder capsules (orange) + 5 ml (4,4 g) of complementary drink powder.
Suggested use:
Lipophilic oil and Hydrophilic powder capsules: to be taken with a few sips of liquid at mealtime, preferably at breakfast or lunch, not at dinner. All three capsules can be taken at the same time, but because of the high vitamin and mineral content, it is preferable to take the two identical hydrophilic capsules at the same meal, so that those who are sensitive to them can avoid digestive discomfort.
Complementary drink powder. Although it can be taken as a single drink, it is preferable to take it in several doses to maximise the absorption. It should be consumed within 8 hours of dissolution, so it is advisable to prepare 1 portion of 2,5-2,5 ml of powder in the morning and 1 portion in the afternoon. This is convenient to sip during the day.
Kolin has been removed from the product as our experience from feedback and recent studies on choline point in the same direction: choline is not a good choice for the body.
