Suggested use
Ingredients (for 1 portion of vegan cottage cheese substitute cream)
70 g Safi Reform Instant vegetable cottage cheese substitute powder; 32 g Safi Reform quadruple strength sweetener; 100 g coconut cream; 6 g grated lemon zest; 4 g vanilla flavouring; 2 g salt; 260 g almond drink
Preparation
Mix the above ingredients until lump free.
After 5 minutes of resting, ready to serve. Can be used as filling, cream in cakes, pancakes.
The product is packaged in an environmentally friendly, white, polyethylene plastic bag. It contains plastics which, although they are multi-layered, thus combining several properties, can be recycled very easily with little energy investment. They also meet the hygiene requirements of the food industry. They can be easily collected and recycled after use through selective waste collection.
