The lavender spindle cushion helps to regenerate the tired body and relax the mind at the same time. The scent of lavender helps to calm the mind after a tiring day. As the fluff and lavender meet in the pillow, the lavender fragrance gently permeates the entire pillow so that with a deep breath you can feel its effects immediately.
It helps to combat sleep disorders, relieves tension in the neck, shoulders and back muscles, and has an antispasmodic and regenerative effect. It adapts to the shape of the neck and head, is well ventilated, does not overheat, has a high vitamin content and is chemical-free!
Spelt husk, or spelt husks, is 90% silica, which, when the husks dry, is released and penetrates the connective tissues of the body, thus having an antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. The spelt husk pillow is excellent for relieving neck and shoulder pain, migraines and joint pain.
The silicic acid evaporates over a period of about 2-3 years. Spelt husk gives the pillow an airy, light yet stable filling, relaxing the neck muscles and helping the blood supply to the brain. Keep the spelt pillow ventilated, even in the sun.
You can disinfect it for 30 minutes in a 50°C oven or 8 hours in a freezer (wrapped in a nylon bag).
It is also recommended to ventilate the spelt pillow occasionally after use with the window open or even in the sun to allow the heat generated during sleep to evaporate.
