Gluten-free noodles: 62% potato, with a homemade texture
Our gluten-free noodles are made from 62% potatoes, supplemented with brown rice, millet, and oat flour, so their texture remains just as soft and tender as you remember from home. The same pasta is delicious in the morning with poppy seeds and powdered sugar, and in the evening you can serve it with a hearty stew or game sauce.

Why do you love it
Made with 62% potatoes, it has a home-style, soft, and tender texture.
Brown rice, millet, and oat flour provide the gluten-free base.
It can be served sweet (with poppy seeds or powdered sugar) or savory, even alongside a stew.
A source of fiber
How to serve it
Serve it the classic way—with powdered sugar and pretzels or with poppy seeds.
Serve it savory with a juicy stew or game sauce.
It’s also great as a one-dish meal topped with sautéed bacon and sour cream.

Ingredients: Potatoes (62%), brown rice flour, millet flour, tapioca starch, rice flour, gluten-free oat flour, psyllium husk flour, pure salt
