Preparation suggestion:
Ingredients: 250 g flour mix, 530 ml water, 50 g extra virgin olive oil, 6 g salt (optionally 5 g dried yeast).
For the gluten-free vegan low carbohydrate flour pastry flour, pour the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix with a mixer for 3-4 minutes. After 15 minutes rest, divide into 10 equal portions, roll into round buns, rolled buns or small rolls as desired.
