The GAL+ Multivitamin has been developed in the light of the latest research by the manufacturer, with naturalness and vitality in mind, to provide all vitamins, minerals and trace elements in the ideal form, quantity and proportion, not unlike the way they would be obtained through a steady diet of nutrients and variety. Where beneficial, the vitamins and minerals are derived in part from organically grown (organic) extracts of herbs and spices. In terms of quantities, it has always been important to ensure that the daily intake contains the dosage found to be effective, but in no case exceeds the amount needed for life, i.e. the amount that could not be covered by any dietary means. In addition, it is extremely important that, in addition to carefully selected raw materials, nothing is left over that is not fit for purpose.
Daily dose: 1 Lipofil oil capsule (brown) + 2 Hydrophil powder capsules (orange) + 5 ml (4,4 g) of complementary drink powder.
Suggested use:
Lipofil oil capsules and Hidrofil powder capsules: to be taken with a few sips of liquid during a meal, preferably at breakfast or lunch, not at dinner. All three capsules can be taken at the same time, but because of the high vitamin and mineral content, it is preferable to take the two identical hydrophilic capsules at the same meal, so that those who are sensitive to them can avoid digestive discomfort.
Complementary drink powder:
Liquid soluble. Although it can be taken as a single drink, it is preferable to take it in several doses to maximise the absorption. It should be consumed within 8 hours of dissolution, so it is advisable to prepare 1 portion of 2,5-2,5 ml of powder in the morning and 1 portion in the afternoon. This is convenient to sip during the day.
