Food supplement capsules containing vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12
The so-called active forms of B vitamins are those that are active inside the cells. However, vitamins B1, B2, B5 and B6 cannot be used in their active forms until they have been digested by enzymes into their simpler forms. These simple forms are only able to pass through the intestinal wall into the bloodstream and/or from there into the cells where they are converted into their active forms. For this reason, contrary to some misconceptions, taking their active forms is not advantageous because they are more expensive, while they do not save the body any conversion processes, but rather burden it with additional steps and even have a lower utilisation rate. The right form is used everywhere, i.e. no unnecessary use of the 'fashionable' active form, especially if it is particularly unhelpful.
We do not include vitamin B3 in our product as we consider its continuous consumption to be counterproductive and therefore we do not believe it should be included in a product intended for daily consumption. It is only lacking in those who live exclusively on refined foods, as it is abundant in a wide range of natural foods. On the other hand, there are problems with chronic overconsumption. In some cases, it may be worthwhile to supplement, but even then we recommend intermittently rather than continuously, i.e. not daily, but e.g. a few times a month.
Our product contains 1 capsule of the B vitamins contained in the daily dose of GAL Multivitamin, in the same forms and amounts. It is recommended for those who are looking for a carefully formulated B vitamin complex to supplement other vitamins and minerals taken independently.
Recommended Intake: 1 capsule daily with meals.
Do not exceed the recommended intake. The product is not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.
B vitamins are essential for the proper functioning of our metabolism and for maintaining our health. They are particularly important for elderly people, people on a plant-based diet and pregnant women, as they often do not get enough from their diet. They are also useful for people with gene mutations that increase their needs or who prefer to supplement minerals and trace elements through personalised, separate products rather than multivitamins.
Vitamin B1 (thiamine)
Vitamin B1is necessary for energy production and the proper functioning of muscles and the nervous system. Our body can store only a small amount of it, so it is best to consume it daily. If we lack it, we cannot produce enough energy from food, which can lead to fatigue at first and then, over time, even serious neurological and cardiovascular problems. One of its deficiencies
