APPLICATION:
Due to its high concentration, the essential oil is recommended to be released into the air and inhaled mainly through a vaporizer (aroma stone, aroma lamp, diffuser). It is immediately absorbed into the bloodstream through the respiratory tract, which is the most intense and rapid way to release its beneficial effects.
SUGGESTED USE:
Car fragrance: apply a few drops of the essential oil to a diffuser or aroma stone.
Aromatherapy lamp: drop 5-10 drops of essential oil into the water.
Aroma stone: put 5-10 drops of essential oil on the stone.
Radiator: put 1 litre of warm water in an oblong porcelain bowl, drop 10 drops of essential oil and place on the radiator.
Inhalation: simply sniff into the bottle and inhale the rising vapours.
