Product descriptions
Cocoa beans are the basis for the production of chocolate.
Theobroma cacao, a tree native to the tropical climate of South America, is the sacred tree of the Maya and Aztecs. Cacao beans are a delicious superfood because they contain a wide range of antioxidants and other nutrients. Cacao beans grown by organic farmers in Peru contain more antioxidants than red wine and three times more than green tea. Cocoa beans are a rich source of minerals. The raw beans are hand-picked, cleaned in clean water and the best quality ones are selected and then roasted.
The manufacturing process preserves the nutritional value of the beans without any additives.
