Make vanilla ice cream at home quickly and easily without an ice cream maker. This ice cream is low in carbohydrates and only requires the addition of milk. You can make the equivalent of 24 scoops of ice cream from 1 sachet, or even use it to make shakes and parfaits. It's ideal if you don't have an ice cream maker and want to make a lower carbohydrate cooling dessert at home compared to traditional ice creams.

Preparation suggestion:
Ingredients: 70 g ice cream powder + 2 dl milk. Pour the milk into a bowl and add the ice cream powder. Beat with a hand mixer, first at low speed and then at high speed until creamy. Then pour the mixture into glasses and freeze in the freezer.
Can also be made in an ice cream machine.
