The flour blend makes it easy to make gluten-free, reduced carbohydrate, paleo diet-friendly noodles, dumplings and homemade pasta.
Ingredients (350 g) for noodles:
- 70 g Safi Reform low carbohydrate gluten-free dumplings flour mix
- 2 g salt
- 2 M eggs (104 g)
- 25 g water
Preparation:
Put about 2l water with a pinch of salt on the stove to boil.
Mix the salt, water and egg, then add the flour and mix until lump-free.
While the water boils, let the mixture rest.
Then turn the heat down to low so that the water is just bubbling and drop in the noodles/ dumplings.
Meanwhile, stir several times.
Reduce the heat and bring to the boil again (about 3-4 minutes cooking time is sufficient).
Finally, strain in cold water.
Scoop out only the above portion at a time, if more portions are to be made, scoop them out into another pot of cooking water.
Ingredients. Tapioca starch, bamboo fibre flour, sesame seed flour, plantain seed husk flour, coconut flour, batata flour.
