SUMMARY:
Due to its high concentration, essential oils are recommended to be mainly diffused and inhaled using a vaporizer (aroma stone, aroma lamp, diffuser). It is immediately absorbed into the bloodstream through the respiratory tract, which is the most intense and rapid way to release its beneficial effects.
SUGGESTED USE:
Car fragrance: apply a few drops of the essential oil to a diffuser or aroma stone.
Aromatherapy lamp: drop 5-10 drops of essential oil into the water.
Aroma stone: put 5-10 drops of essential oil on the stone.
Radiator: put 1 litre of warm water in an oblong porcelain bowl, drop 10 drops of essential oil and place on the radiator.
Inhalation: simply sniff into the bottle and inhale the rising vapours.
Finnish sauna: add 3 drops of Sauna essential oil to a ladle of water and pour over the heated stone.
